The office lady needs a lesson in customer service. Otherwise the visit didn't have any hassles. My window was changed our in good time and I am pleased with the job they did.

Great experience! They gave me quote quickly and came out in a few days to replace my windshield. The work was great the service was fast and the price was very fair! Happy how everything turned out and would use again. If you need a windshield this is the guy!

Had to have my windshield replaced while attending a confrence in Savannah. Dropped my vehicle off on Thursday night right at closing so that the work would be started as soon as glass arrived on 6/26/2026. I called mid morning just to make sure everything was going as planned. I was told the new glass had a scratch so they had ordered another glass but that it was getting done. I arrived to pick up my vehicle at 3:15pm and it hadn't even been touched. 2 vehicles stopped in and were taken care of before my vehicle was touched. I watched and videoed the tech changing a previous windshield which took about 20 minutes. I watched as he literally lit cigarette after cigarette while working on the car before mine and also while working on mine. If the young man needs a break give him one so that he isn't lacking in time because his hands are tied up smoking instead of working. I actually walked in and asked the young lady how many cigarettes was he going to smoke before he got to my vehicle. She stated it had been a busy day and they had been working non stop. I don't care how busy of a day you've had. You don't smoke in and around customer vehicles. Again I have video of him smoking

They miscalibrated my camera when installing my windshield. Months later my car kept throwing error signals that became horribly frustrating. We determined it was due to the miscalibration. I took back to them , but the wait was long and they told me to come earlier in the day because they don’t take appointments. I took it in just as they told me when my schedule allowed but the lady there told me I needed an appointment (??). They “put me on the schedule that day”. I waited literally all day for them to figure it out. And the waiting room is not conducive to long waits. I would recommend another company for your autoglass needs.

Do NOT recommend for windshield replacement. I was given the wrong windshield for my 2010 Honda, which made my rearview mirror unusable for a week—very unsafe. Even though it was their mistake, I still had to pay $300. Came back multiple times for a fix, dealt with long waits, and poor communication. When I finally got my car back, there was glue and water splatter, and the windshield was still not installed properly. A second opinion confirmed poor workmanship and damage. Management dismissed my concerns completely. Save yourself the time and money—go somewhere else for quality and safety.
